Which protocols does Datasync manage out of the box? +
AS2, SFTP, VAN (X.400), APIs, MQ, and portal automations are included in every plan. We also support hybrid on-prem agents when required.
Can Datasync handle certificate rotation for AS2 and SFTP? +
Yes. We import, monitor, and auto-rotate all partner certificates and SSH keys, and we send proactive reminders before expirations.
How fast can we onboard a new trading partner? +
Most partners go live in 2–4 weeks using our pre-built templates, automated testing harnesses, and dedicated onboarding pods.

What compliance frameworks does Datasync support? +
Datasync maintains SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and GDPR controls. We also provide detailed documentation for PCI and regional data residency requests.
Where is customer data stored? +
Data is stored in US- and EU-based AWS regions with encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Enterprise plans can add dedicated regions.
Can we integrate Datasync with our SIEM? +
Absolutely. Security events, audit logs, and transaction metadata can be streamed to Splunk, Datadog, Chronicle, or any webhook destination.
