- Application and transport layers are monitored 24/7 by Datasync’s network operations center.
- Customers can subscribe to proactive updates via email, Slack Connect, or webhook.
Incident history
- March 12 – Brief SFTP processing delay in us-east resolved within 8 minutes. No data loss.
- January 4 – Scheduled maintenance to upgrade AS2 certificate management subsystem. No customer action required.
Planned maintenance
- We publish maintenance windows at least seven days in advance. Most changes occur between 12:00–3:00 a.m. local region time.
