Monitoring

  • Application and transport layers are monitored 24/7 by Datasync’s network operations center.
  • Customers can subscribe to proactive updates via email, Slack Connect, or webhook.

Incident history

  • March 12 – Brief SFTP processing delay in us-east resolved within 8 minutes. No data loss.
  • January 4 – Scheduled maintenance to upgrade AS2 certificate management subsystem. No customer action required.

Planned maintenance

  • We publish maintenance windows at least seven days in advance. Most changes occur between 12:00–3:00 a.m. local region time.
