Overview

Datasync, Inc. (“Datasync”, “we”, “us”) provides enterprise integration software and managed services. This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information when you visit our website, use our products, or interact with our team.

Information we collect

  • Account & contact data: name, email address, company, job title, and phone number when you request a demo, subscribe to updates, or sign a contract.
  • Usage data: log files, IP addresses, user-agent information, and in-product telemetry that helps us optimize performance and detect abuse.
  • Customer content: EDI transactions, configuration files, and metadata processed through Datasync. This data is handled under the terms of our customer agreements and DPAs.

How we use information

  1. To deliver the Datasync platform and support services.
  2. To communicate about product updates, security notices, and transactional messages.
  3. To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell personal information or customer content to third parties.

Data retention & deletion

We retain account data for as long as necessary to fulfill contractual obligations or comply with law. Customer content is retained according to the data-processing terms in each agreement. You may request deletion by contacting privacy@datasync.com.

Security measures

Datasync maintains SOC 2 Type II controls, encryption in transit and at rest, access reviews, and continuous monitoring. More details are available at /security-compliance.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, download, or delete your personal information. Submit requests to privacy@datasync.com and we will respond within 30 days.
